Ticket Service Charge

Since March 1, 2005, KLM Royal Dutch airlines charges a KLM Ticket Service Charge for ticket purchases as listed below.

The Ticket Service Charge is not refundable.

Internet users will have a clear advantage because the KLM Ticket Service Charge for online bookings at www.klm.de will be very advantageous:

- It is 0 € for all destinations worldwide.
- The issue of an e-ticket involves no additional expens

The Ticket Service Charge for tickets bought at the KLM reservations office:

- An amount of 15 € is calculated.

The Ticket Service Charge for tickets bought at the KLM airport ticket counters:

- An amount of 25 € is calculated.

Since March 1st, 2005, the final price per ticket will comprise:

Air Fare + Taxes and Fees + KLM Ticket Service Charge = Final Price.

Example 1:

Purchase of a flight ticket as e-Ticket to Nairobi at www.klm.de :
	Air Frare incl. Taxes & Fees	Ticket Service Charge	e-Ticket	Final Price

	594 € +	0 € +	0 € =	594 €

Example 2:

Purchase of a flight ticket to New York via KLM reservations office incl. issue of a e-ticket:
	Air Fare incl. Taxes & Fees	Ticket Service Charge	e-Ticket	Final Price

	594 € +	25 € +	0 € =	619 €

The KLM final price may vary from the final price in travel agencies.
