Spending Miles your way
Spending your Award Miles is easy to do. Making your choice is a lot harder, since you have so many options, both in the air and on the ground. Award tickets from KLM, Air France, Kenya Airways, Air Europa or any SkyTeam airlines and offers from non-airline partners can be ordered online and by phone. Tickets from other airline partners can only be ordered by phone. Just call the Flying Blue Service Centre.

Booking SkyTeam Award tickets
If you choose to fly with KLM, Air France, Kenya Airways, Air Europa or any SkyTeam airlines, you can make reservations online up to the day of departure. Just check the balance of your account, consult the Miles Finder to pinpoint an accurate estimate of the Award Miles required for the destination of your choice and book your flight online.
Booking a non-SkyTeam Award ticket
If you choose to fly with an airline that does not participate in SkyTeam, please contact the Flying Blue Service Centre two weeks in advance of the flight of your choice. They will help you make reservations.

Travelling with extra service
Upgrades and extra baggage allowance: Flying Blue enables you to spend your Award Miles on extra service during your next flight. The Open Miles Option will even get you a seat on flights that have no more Award seats available, for twice the number of Award Miles. You can contact the Flying Blue Service Centre to book these Awards. For more information, click here.
Spending Miles on the ground
You can spend your Award Miles on the ground as well. Choose from a great number of hotels in different parts of the world, car rental agencies, leisure packages and much more. To use up your Award Miles, contact the Flying Blue Service Centre or send in the voucher request form after completion*.
Then contact the non-airline partner of your choice to acknowledge your arrival, taking notice of the booking instructions and conditions of use of the partner of your choice.
Your voucher(s) remain(s) valid up to one year after the date of issue or for the length of the promotion period. For a full list of the non-airline partners you can choose from, click here.
