Guarantee requirement: For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all Terms and Conditions and be submitted in compliance with the Claims Processing procedures. All claims must be made during the same day on which the ticket is purchased. No claims will be accepted if sent after the day of purchase. KLM will verify the lower published price at the time of claim and that the lower price does not exist on klm.com. Other methods of verification (e.g., fax, phone, screen prints) are not eligible. Guarantee is valid only for lower prices found in other distribution channelts for the exact same flight, exact itinerary, exact cabin, and exact same class of service and purchased on the same day as the original klm.com online purchase. Prices must be in the same cabin (World Business Class or Economy), and for the exact same flights that carry the same price restrictions. Tickets purchased must be Ecuador point of sale and purchased at klm.com only. Guarantee applies only to tickets purchased with an Ecuador billing address. Furthermore, the lower price on the other website must be bookable with this billing address and be in the same currency as the price of the ticket purchased at klm.com. Guarantee applies only if the request is made by the same person as is mentioned in the ticket. The guarantee applies only on itineraries wholly operated and marketed by KLM. Guarantee details: it must be established in a real and effective way the price differences of more than 50.00usd. There is not limit in the claim amount if the all the established conditions are met. The guarantee applies to the fare with the same price including taxes, surcharges and other charges as administration fees. A TCV (Travel voucher) for further transportation will be issued with the amount of the difference claimed plus a bonus of 5.00 usd for each ticket issued. The TCV cannot be handled by any agent of the airline company mentioned in the document. In order to book a flight using the TCV please call the KLM reservations number. TCV´s are exchangeable for any further travel within a 1 year period after the issuance date. The trip must be completed within 1 year of the date of issue or within the validity date of the applicable fare conditions of the requested ticket. No extensions are permitted. TDV doesn´t need to be presented when booking a flight but has to be mentioned and shall be presented when issuing the ticket. No TCV will be replaced. Transferred of sell TCVs will be confiscated and boarding flight will be denied. When exchanging a TCV the owner shall know the terms and conditions applied and shall be in accordance with them

A claim submittal web form is available on klm.com at www.klm.com. To submit this claim form, fill in all required fields and click 'Submit.' Someone from klm.com Customer Service will contact you via e-mail. We reserve the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information. All claims must be made by midnight CET on the same day the original klm.com ticket is purchased. Claims may not be made through any other KLM form or phone number.
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
a.) Unpublished prices that are not available to the general public. Prices not available to the general public include, but are not limited to, corporate discount fares, military fares, meeting fares, wholesaler fares, and other discount fares.
b.) Package fares. Airfares sold as part of a travel package.
c.) Fares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase and other discount fares.
d.) Differences of 50.00 usd or less.
KLM reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
