Claim missing Miles from AIR FRANCE and KLM
If you have earned Miles for AIR FRANCE or KLM flights and they have not appeared on your Flying Blue account within 72 hours, you can claim your Miles within six months of the transaction date. Newly enrolled customers can claim missing Miles for any transactions that took place up to three months before the date of enrolment.

If you have earned Miles from our airline partners and they have not appeared on your Flying Blue account within two weeks, you can claim your Miles within six months of the transaction date by completing a form and sending it by post.
