Schengen destinations
As of 4 December 2012, Economy Class travellers on KLM flights from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to a ‘Schengen’ country will depart from departure hall 1.
There, you can use the check-in desks, self-service machines and baggage drop-of points.
Business Class passengers travelling to Schengen countries and all other passengers can check in and drop off their baggage in departure hall 2.

To the United States or Paramaribo
Until 18 November 2012, Economy Class travellers on KLM and Delta Air Lines flights from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to the United States or Paramaribo will depart from departure hall 3.
Desk row 18 in departure hall 3 is reserved for Economy Class passengers. There, you can also use our baggage drop off points.
As of 19 November 2012, these travellers will depart from departure hall 2.
