    • Your KLM flight was cancelled and you did not take an alternative flight or
    • If the conditions of your ticket allow for a refund or
    • In case of the death of a passenger or
    • In case of visa refusal

    Compensation
    • Your KLM flight was delayed for more than 3 hours and
    • You were travelling to, from or through a European destination and
    • Your flight was not delayed due to special circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, political instability or a third party strike
