Do you have a question, comment, complaint or compliment for KLM? You can contact us directly through the KLM Facebook page or our Twitter account.
We do our best to respond within the hour. And if you have a request, we will try to offer you a solution within a day! Moreover, we are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Since recently, we now also offer social media services in German. A nice addition to English, Dutch and Spanish, in which we already help our fans on Facebook and our followers on Twitter.
We are hoping to offer our 24/7 service through these social media soon in more languages soon.
