Cargo Customer Service Officer

Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo are together transporting more than 1.4 million tons of cargo a year to 230 destinations in 113 countries via the hubs at Amsterdam Schiphol airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. Today, we are a leading player in Hong Kong air freight market operating 6 cargo freighters and 18 passenger flights a week, carrying over 1,100 tons cargo not only to Europe but also India, Africa, and America.

We need to reinforce our cargo organization and are therefore looking for a Cargo Customer Service Officer.

You will mainly function as an information broker between AF-KL-MP Cargo and our clients. The position entails daily telephone and email contacts with freight agents and frequent contacts with other AF-KL-MP Cargo offices throughout the world. Apart from email system, you will manage your tasks via various internal computer systems, both internet base and standalone application.

The ideal candidate is flexible, able to work independently and has experience of customer services related activities. Experience in the air transport is an advantage. Energetic, pro-activeness, commercial drive and a team-working spirit are essential. The position requires fluency in English and Cantonese, both verbally and in writing, and good skills in Excel.
