Converting your Blue Credits into free tickets
As each Blue Credit is worth one unit of your local currency, it’s easy to work out how many Blue Credits you need to get a free ticket. For example, if your company has 1,060 Blue Credits, and your company is based in the Euro zone, you can order a free ticket up to the value of €1,060. Supposing you claim a roundtrip Milan–New York flight worth €1,000 (including taxes), you will still have 60 Blue Credits remaining in your account.
Book any ticket type in any class to any destination
BlueBiz gives you the flexibility to spend your Blue Credits on any ticket type offered by AIR FRANCE or KLM. You’re free to choose any fare to any destination worldwide available in our BlueBiz booking tool. These free tickets are subject to the standard conditions of the fare you select.
Safe and secure
For added security, only the designated BlueBiz contact person in your company can access your BlueBiz account. This person can order tickets online at any time and check your company’s Blue Credit balance.
BlueBiz upgrade awards
Blue Credits can be used for upgrades on Air France and KLM operated flights. To pay your upgrade with Blue Credits simply sent in the upgrade form at least 5 working days before departure (the time necessary to process your request). The number of Blue Credits needed for an upgrade is calculated using the following method:
| Difference between the purchased fare (+ taxes) of the original purchased ticket and the fare (+ taxes) of the new issued ticket in the next higher cabin class. |
The following booking classes are eligible for an upgrade:

Only eligible if the passengers holds a ticket booked in one of the above mentioned booking classes. Upgrade will be valid into the next higher cabin class.
