Delayed opening of Berlin Brandenburg Airport
The inauguration of Berlin Brandenburg Airport will be delayed to later this summer. We will inform you once the exact date will be available.
Until that time all AIR FRANCE and KLM flights will operate to and from Berlin Tegel Airport.

Change of departure hall at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
Are you travelling from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to the United States, Paramaribo, São Paulo or South Africa? Check-in has temporarily moved to departure hall 3 until the end of 2012. Desk rows 18 and 19 in departure hall 3 are reserved for Economy Class passengers. There, you can also use our baggage drop off points.
SkyPriority passengers
Business Class and Flying Blue (or SkyTeam) Elite Plus members can check in and drop off their baggage in departure hall 2.

KLM flights to Tripoli suspended
KLM will not resume its flights to Tripoli due to the current economic outlook. If you were travelling to, from or via Tripoli, you may rebook your flight.
How to rebook your flight:
If you bought your ticket via KLM.com, a KLM ticket office or KLM Telephone Reservations, and your ticket number starts with 074, you may change your ticket and travel on Alitalia flights via Rome Fiumicino Airport. Re-booking of your ticket is only possible if seats are available in the lowest available class of service in the same booking class.
Did you book your ticket via a travel agent? Please contact them to change your travel dates and/or destination.
Please note: A double Schengen transit (via AMS&FCO) is not permitted without a visa for nationals of countries who otherwise require a Schengen visa. These customers may also be re-booked on Alitalia or Delta flights from outside the Schengen area to/from Rome Fiumicino Airport .

Would you like to stay informed on the latest about your flight? Make sure to leave your mobile phone number and e-mail address when booking your flight.

Reporting delayed baggage
Please report lost baggage to the Baggage Service Office immediately. You are required to fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) within 5 days of your arrival.
Reporting delayed baggage online
You can also report lost baggage online (within 2 days), provided that:
- You travelled on a flight operated by KLM or AIR FRANCE and your final destination was Amsterdam or Frankfurt.
- Your KLM flight departing from Amsterdam was cancelled after you dropped off your bag(s), but your bag(s) were not returned to you.
