KLM - Northwest has pioneered e-services in the Indian market. We were the first online carriers to introduce e-ticketing. And now for the convenience of our passengers flying from India, we have introduced self-service check-in at the airport. Avoid the crowds at the check-in counter and try our easy-to-use check-in machines when flying out of Mumbai.
Just insert your frequent flyer card, passport or credit card in one of our three self service check-in machines and within seconds you will be on your way to the gate with your boarding pass and the seat of your choice. Yes, with self service check-in, the power of choice is in your hands. No more pleading with the check-in staff for a preferred seat. You can enjoy a complete overview of the available seats and pick a seat of your preference when you use our self-service check-in machines. If you need any help during the check-in process our staff is on hand for assistance.
Special Baggage drop-off facility
If you have baggage to drop off, after printing your boarding pass you may proceed to our special baggage drop-off facility for self service checked-in passengers. Otherwise head straight to the immigration counters. With self-service check-in you have more time to spend at the airport doing what you want to do and less time spent waiting in queues.
KLM - Northwest is currently the only international airline offering this facility currently in India, so when you use our self service check-in machines you also participate in a new revolution that has just hit the Indian skies.
Not flying from Mumbai?
You still have the option of checking yourself in using our Internet check-in facility on www.klm.com. Internet check-in is available up to 24 hours prior depature and also allows you the option choosing your own seat.
