    How to access Manage my Booking

    At the homepage, go to Manage my Booking and enter your last name and booking code. Your reservation details will appear on the screen and you can immediately manage your journey.

    You can also access Manage my Booking via your mobile device with Internet. Simply enter ‘KLM.com’ in the browser of your phone and fill in your name and booking code.

    Which services can I use?

    Manage my Booking

    Once you are logged in, you will be shown a summary of your reservation, including any delays or changes to your flight itinerary. You can also take advantage of the following services:

    • Change your ticket online
      You can change your travel dates and/or times if the fare conditions allow this and if your ticket was issued by KLM or Air France. Please call the KLM Service Centre if you want to change:

      • tickets for which you have requested a special service, such as assistance at the airport or on board
      • tickets for babies
      • tickets for children traveling alone

      If you have reserved an extra comfortable seat, you can change your travel dates and/or times online, but you should call the KLM Service Centre to change your seat to the new flight.

    • Choose your seat on board
      You can pick your favourite seat on your intercontinental flight from 90 days before departure. Want to travel even more comfortably? We also offer various types of extra comfortable seats. Even if you have already purchased one type, you can easily change to a different seat type.

    • Arrange extra baggage
      View your luggage allowance and arrange to bring extra baggage at a discount of 20% or more! You can also find out how to bring your sports equipment and what to do if your baggage is delayed.

    • Direct access to online check-in
      Prior to departure, you will receive a message telling you that you can check in online. Included in this message is a personalized link to online check-in where you can check in straightaway without having to enter your details.

    • Receive up-to-date flight information via SMS or e-mail
      We will always keep you informed of the latest developments concerning your flight by means of an e-mail or text message. Be sure to enter your e-mail address and phone number in Manage my Booking: this way we can contact you about when to check in and board, and let you know if your flight is delayed or cancelled.

    • Request a special meal
      Do you have special dietary, religious or medical preferences? You can request a special meal on our regular KLM.com website.

    • View, print and send your reservation details
      Get a printout of your details and inform family members and friends about your travel plans with an e-mail showing your reservation details: just use the ‘send to a friend’ option.

    • Fill in your Advance Passenger Information (API)
      If you travel to certain countries such as the United States, airlines are required to collect various pieces of personal information. By going to Manage my Booking, it’s easy to enter this information.

    Flying Blue advantages

    Are you a Flying Blue member? You can enter Manage my Booking if you have already logged in as a Flying Blue member. When you go to the ‘Manage my Booking’ tab at the homepage, your details appear on the screen automatically and you get a summary of all your bookings.

    If you didn’t indicate that you are a Flying Blue member when you made your reservation, you can still do this by going to Manage my Booking. You will then have immediate access to the services, and you can also see how many Miles you will earn with your flight.
