Dallas - United States
As from 30th April 2012 KLM re-opens the Amsterdam-Dallas Forth Worth route: 5 weekly flights onboard Airbus 330-200 aircraft. KLM will total 15 US direct destinations from Amsterdam.
The economy of the third-largest Texan city is mainly based on banking, telecommunications, energy and medical research. The city center hosts skyscrapers that overlook the flat Texas priarie. Lusaka - Zambia
KLM is launching a new service to Lusaka in Zambia, starting on 15th May 2012 with three A332-operated weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Zambia has a vigorous mining industry and a flourishing flower industry. It also offers a wide variety of tourist attractions, mainly concerning the wilderness. Its protected land covers 41% of its territory. On the border with Zimbabwe do not miss the famous Victoria Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Luanda - Angola
KLM is launching a twice weekly service to Luanda in Angola from 27th March 2012. Luanda is the 71st long-haul KLM destination. The flights will be operated in Airbus A332 aircrafts with 243 seats, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Angola's capital city, founded in 1575, showcases Portuguese colonial buildings decorated with the famous azulejos tiles. Do not miss the seafront with breathtaking views at sunset!

Rio de Janeiro - Brasil
After 12 years of absence, KLM resumes the connections between Amsterdam and Rio de Janeiro from 1st November 2011 by 3 direct flights per week on a Boeing B777-200ER with 318 seat capacity.
Rio de Janeiro is the second largest city in Brazil after Sao Paolo. It's famous with its limitless activities including the famous Carnival and dream beaches.
By our collaboration with local airline GOL, it's possible to have numerous connections in Brazil.
Punta Cana - Dominican Republic
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is launching a twice weekly service to Punta Cana Airport in the Dominican Republic from 31 October, the start of the 2011 winter schedule. Punta Cana is KLM’s 69th intercontinental destination.
Punta Cana, on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, is what Caribbean postcards are made of: twenty-five miles of white sand and swaying coconut trees.
Havana - Cuba
KLM will launch thrice-weekly service to José Martí International Airport on Cuba starting 31 October 2011. Cuba will then become KLM’s 68th intercontinental destination.
Cuba offers tremendous diversity : from unspoiled nature and historical and cultural gems to luxury coastal resorts. Fly to this Caribbean island of rumba rhythms to discover 1950s cars, revolutionary spirit and hand-rolled cigars.
Havana is also the perfect destination for food lovers with its Creole flavours and amazing seafood.
Buenos Aires - Argentina
After an absence of 10 years, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will resume scheduled services between Amsterdam and Buenos Aires on 31 October 2011. Buenos Aires will become KLMs’ 67th intercontinental destination.
Despite its European connections, Buenos Aires has a flavour all its own. Local culture is celebrated in the weekly Mataderos Fair, gourmet cuisine, a frenzied nightlife and top-drawer activities.The city's dozens of neighbourhood, each with its own personality, offer museums, restaurants, shopping, history, dancing and outdoor activities to suit any taste or budget.
Xiamen - China
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines started its operation to Xiamen International Airport in China on 27
2011. KLM is the first airline to offer direct flights between Xiamen and Europe.
Xiamen is the second-largest city in the province of Fujian and has a population of 3 million inhabitants. Owing partly to its favourable geographical location, Xiamen is undergoing rapid economic growth, attracting large international corporations. The city is also a tourist destination with interesting cultural and historical highlights.
Miami - United States
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines announces a four-times-a-week round-trip service between Miami International Airport and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport starting at the beginning of the Summer schedule on 27 March 2011.
Flights to Miami take you to Florida's hottest shopping destination. Stylish South Beach edges onto the glittering Atlantic, Little Havana parties with late-night salsa, while Downtown pumps out hip hop tunes.
Aalborg - Denmark
Effective 27 March 2011, KL will launch double daily Fokker 70 service to Aalborg (AAL) in Denmark. Aalborg is KLM’s third Danish destination, besides Billund and Copenhagen, and KLM is the first airline to offer a direct service between Aalborg and Amsterdam. Aalborg is located in the northern part of the country, called Nordjylland, which is known for its beautiful nature and beaches.
Kigali - Rwanda
Since October 2010 KLM operates to Kigali, Rwanda. Rwanda, known as 'the land of a thousand hills', is a small country in Central Africa. It currently has a stable and improving economy. Besides Rwanda has one of the highest GDP growth figures over the last few years in Africa. Tourists can enjoy Mountain Gorilla watching, Safari and visiting Lake Kivu.
Hangzhou - China
As one of the most renowned and prosperous cities of China for much of the last 1,000 years, Hangzhou is also well-known for its beautiful natural scenery.
