For various reasons you may need one of the following documents:
-Certificate of ticket issuance

How to get one of those certificates?

Only 3 steps to get the document you need.
In order to treat your request promptly and to protect your personal data, we only send certificates in reply to dated and signed requests.
-Download and print the Request Form
-Fill-in the form (do not forget to put the date and your signature)
-Send the request form to Air France to the following address:

Within two weeks you will receive the document you asked for, by post or by fax.

Important notice
- Please note that KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will not send a document to anybody else than the person who signed the request form, except for children in which case the signature of one of the parents is required.
- In case you need a certificate for anybody else than you or your children, the signature of the person subject to the request is mandatory. In no case will KLM Royal Dutch Airlines communicate private information about a client without his written approval.
- One request form by person is needed.
- Please note that KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will not issue certificates stating that you currently handle a booking (not paid yet) on an KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight. Please send the request after the payment and ticket issuance.
