Manage your profile and bookings
A KLM or Flying Blue account allows you to take charge of your personal profile, preferences and bookings. Access your personal pages via the My profile / My bookings links in the upper right corner of your screen.
My profile
In My profile you can manage your details and those of your travelling party:
- Edit personal details
- Add family members, colleagues or friends you often travel with
- Save your meal and seating preferences
- Select your preferred payment method
- Update your e-mail subscriptions
My bookings
In My bookings you can manage your bookings online:
- View all your flight bookings
- Add a missing booking (for example, a flight booked via your travel agent)
- Adjust preferences
- Complete a booking of a flight you took an option on
- Retrieve saved flight schedules

Your login details are:
- your unique e-mail address
- a password

Log in to your Flying Blue account
You can log in to Flying Blue by entering your:
- e-mail address or Flying Blue membership number
- PIN code (6 digits)
