Crew Base
Tokyo and Osaka (Assignment is KLM’s discretion)

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the position as Cabin Attendants
• Japanese nationality (or be able to obtain Japanese Passport)
• Fluent in Japanese and full knowledge of Japanese culture
• Full command of English
• Age 21 or above
• Able to swim
• Good eye sight
• Minimum height 158 cm: maximum height 190cm
• Education: College degree or above
• Must be able to live within a distance of 90 minutes by ground transportation to/from assigned base
• Able to start work from May 2010

Selection process

• Screen of application documents in early January
• A first round of telephone interviews will be conducted in mid January, only for successful candidates.
• Only successful candidates of above telephone interview are invited to a face to face interview rounds. Second round Interviews will be conducted from 25th – 27th January.
• The Final interviews will be held from 1st – 5th February 2010. Those interview rounds will be held in Tokyo.
