Telephone reservations
We’ll be pleased to answer your questions and help you book your flights. The reservation costs for booking by phone are a little higher than for booking online. In the Netherlands, you can call our reservations line at +254 (0) 20 3274747.
KLM ticket offices
We have ticket offices throughout the world. The reservation costs for booking at a KLM ticket office are a little higher than for booking online.
Reconfirming your reservation
You do not need to reconfirm your flight. However, if you have not checked in for your flight, we reserve the right to cancel any connecting or return flights. For this reason, please contact us if your travel plans change.
