Change of travel plans? You can cancel or change your booking, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.

Can I change or cancel my ticket?

Whether or not you can change your ticket is dependent on the fare conditions to which the ticket is subject. These conditions are determined by the fare group of the ticket, which you can find on your booking confirmation. Before attempting to change or cancel your ticket, we kindly request that you first check the fare conditions. 

Administration chargesmay apply if you need to change or cancel your ticket. In this case the same conditions apply for e-tickets as when changing or cancelling paper tickets.

Change or cancel online

You can change or cancel e-tickets for flights booked at Europe Select, World Business Class, Economy Full Flex and Fully Flexible Corporate fares via KLM.com. These tickets can be changed or cancelled up to 30 hours prior to departure via Manage My Booking.
