After an absence of 10 years, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will resume scheduled services between Amsterdam and Buenos Aires on 31 October 2011. Buenos Aires will become KLMs’ 67th intercontinental destination.

XIAMEN - CHINA

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will begin operating scheduled service to Xiamen International Airport in China on 27 March 2011. KLM is the first airline to offer direct flights between Xiamen and Europe.
Xiamen is the second-largest city in the province of Fujian and has a population of 3 million inhabitants. Owing partly to its favourable geographical location, Xiamen is undergoing rapid economic growth, attracting large international corporations. Effective 27 March 2011, KL will launch double daily Fokker 70 service to Aalborg (AAL) in Denmark. Aalborg is KLM’s third Danish destination, besides Billund and Copenhagen, and KLM is the first airline to offer a direct service between Aalborg and Amsterdam.
