Electronic Credit Vouchers (ECV)
What is an ECV?
An ECV is an Electronic Credit Voucher. It is issued, when necessary, by Northwest Airlines in place of a paper document.
How can I redeem my ECV?
Unfortunately, KLM is currently unable to accept these ECVs for travel on KLM or Northwest Airlines. Residents of Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa who wish to travel on KLM or Northwest Airlines will need to exchange their ECV for a paper voucher. This can be requested online at KLM.com. You will need your ECV document number (the 13-digit number beginning with 012 at the bottom of your ECV receipt). Click here to request your paper voucher.
How can I redeem my paper voucher?
Once you have received your paper voucher, it can be redeemed at any KLM or Northwest Airlines ticket office. Click here for the location nearest you.
