Boarding pass for connecting flights

When you check in for the first flight of your journey you will be given the boarding pass for your connecting flight from Schiphol and a transfer wallet, which contains important information about your transfer at Schiphol. Ensure you keep this documentation available throughout your journey.

Please be aware that security queues can add significant time to your connection, as well as immigration queues when connecting to/from Schengen countries in the European Union.

When you have some time to spend at Schiphol, the See Buy Fly shopping center and the Airport Casino offer numerous possibilities for passing the time.

Also located at the airport is The Rijksmuseum Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Ten works by famous masters of the Dutch Golden Age such as Jan Steen are permanently on view in this museum.

Visit Amsterdam
When you wish to visit Amsterdam between flights, please allow a minimum of 4 hours connection time. Although it will take you only 20 minutes to get to the heart of Amsterdam from Schiphol, you must return no later than one hour before your flight departs in order to protect your seat assignment and flight punctuality.
