Making changes/cancellations online
Making changes or cancelling tickets is currently possible with e-tickets for flights booked at Europe Select, World Business Class, Economy Full Flex and Fully Flexible Corporate fares via KLM.com. These tickets can be changed or cancelled up tot 30 hours prior to departure via 'My Booking' on KLM.com.
