From 1st April 2011, the following baggage policy will apply for KLM:
Business Class: 2 baggage of 32kg
Economy Class: 2 baggage of 23kg
Overweight baggage for Economy Class
Upgrade from 23kg to 32kg: USD100
Excess baggage fee
Additional baggage fee remains USD200 for 23kg if paid over the counter. A 20% discount applies if paid online. A heavy fee will apply if such extra piece weighs over 23kg.
Additional baggage for Elite members
Elite members get 1 additional free bag
Business Class: 1 extra baggage of 32kg
Economy Class: 1 extra baggage of 23kg
