On regular basis we will send you a clear statement of your ticket spend. In addition, your personal KLM Account Manager will keep track of your transactions and offer customised advice should there be any changes to the services you use.
Interactive and user-friendly booking
You can book flights directly via the KLM Corporate Account website using your UCC number. There is no need to call us to find out about flight availability - all information appears directly on your computer screen. You can also access all KLM and partners’ online services, such as Internet check-in or online monitoring of your reservation.
Customer-friendly payment solutions
