Booked flights on KLM.nl and discovered a spelling mistake in the name on your ticket? We don’t change you for being human. Just contact us to correct your name. Please make sure to have it corrected at least 24 hours before check-in of your first flight starts.

Weather in your way? We got your back
Should your journey be interrupted by snow, storm or other tricks of Mother Nature, you can count on us. First, you will be informed immediately by phone or e-mail of the flight change or cancellation.
Next, we’ll get to rebooking you to the first flight available. The moment we have found a free spot we’ll contact you again about your new flight schedule. Naturally, we are here to help if you want to change, or if you have any other questions.
Should your new flight not depart the same day, we won’t let you fend for yourself. From a cup of coffee to a hotel stay – we are serious about making you comfortable.

24 hours to cancel
Go ahead and book that deal! If you have a change of plan or a change of heart within 24 hours, you can cancel your booking and we will reimburse the costs – no questions asked! We won’t even charge you our standard administration fee. And of course we will refund the costs you made for reserving extra options as well.
