About KLM Holiday Deals
KLM Holiday Deals offers complete vacations exclusively via klm.nl. Your holiday consists of a return flight with accommodation in a three, four or five star hotel and/or a rental car.
You can book a flight with just a hotel or rental car. Individual flights, hotels, car rental, transport to and from the airport and other issues can be found elsewhere on our website.
How it works
Book your KLM Holiday Deal in a few simple steps:
- Indicate whether you want to book a flight with hotel accommodation and/or rental car. Enter your destination, travel dates, number of passengers and the desired quality level of your accommodation (three, four or five stars).
- You will be shown a list of package deals from which you can select various combinations of flights, hotels and/or rental cars. You can change the hotel room, type of car and/or flight times per package in accordance with your wishes.
- Enter the passenger and payment details and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Safe booking and payments
A KLM Holiday Deals package deal can be paid for using iDeal or various credit cards. It is not possible to pay with Flying Blue Miles.
Your payment details will be encrypted and sent via a secure connection. While booking your trip, you will see the total cost of the package deal of your choice, unless you pay with a credit card, which will add an extra fee of € 7.50 per person to your total. Local taxes can vary per destination: These are not included in the price of your KLM Holiday Deal and must be paid at your destination.
Travel insurance
KLM recommends taking out good travel insurance cover. After booking, you can arrange your travel and cancellation insurance with our partner Mondial Assistance via the link in your booking confirmation.
Car rental
When booking a package deal including a rental car, you must have a credit card in the name of the primary driver and a valid driver’s license. A rental car includes:
- Unlimited kilometres
- Partial damage (CDW) and theft (TP) coverage *
When picking up your car, you can add the following to your car rental booking:
- Extra accessories, such as GPS or a child’s seat
- Additional fees for an extra or a young driver
- Insurance, such as Super CDW/TP
Be sure you bring your credit card while picking up the car as a surety.
* A policy excess for damage or theft can be reduced or purchased in situ (at most destinations). The excess varies per destination and car group. Policy excess does not apply in the USA and South Africa.
We recommend checking in advance whether the pick-up point is open at your time of arrival.
Conditions
You cannot change your package deal after booking. Should you have to cancel your trip, please contact the KLM Holiday Deals Service Centre via T: + 31 23 5674567 (Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:30).
A package deal can only be cancelled in full; it is not possible to cancel the various elements individually.
