KLM strongly values the experiences of its customers and is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. The Customer Care department of KLM Nederland deals with reactions from people living in the Netherlands. We can be of service in various ways.

Reactions by email, phone, post or fax
Complaints or compliments should be addressed to Customer Care KLM Nederland by filling out the form below. We aim to respond to your email within nine days.
You can also discuss your experiences with a Customer Care employee by phone (020 54 59 780) from Monday to Friday (between 09.00 and 17.00).

Costs
Should you have incurred expenses that you would like to claim from KLM, please inform us of your IBAN number (International Bank Account Number) and, if necessary, add any statements stating the incurred costs. This will allow Customer Care to handle your claim more speedily.

The liability of airlines is set out in the Montreal Convention and supplementary protocols, on which the General Terms and Conditions of Transport are based. A printed copy of the Terms and Conditions of Transport is available from the Customer Relations department or from KLM travel agents. The most important Terms from the General Terms and Conditions of Transport are also listed in the ticket.
