Refund for Economy Class seat(s) with guaranteed extra legroom

If, due to a reason over which you have no control, you cannot make use of your seat with extra legroom, you may be entitled to a refund of the amount you paid.

In the following cases, you are entitled to a refund for the Economy Class seat(s) with guaranteed extra legroom that you have reserved:
• KLM cancelled your flight
• KLM made a change in the type of aircraft or the seating configuration for your flight
• You missed your connecting intercontinental KLM flight following a flight operated by KLM, Northwest, Air France or Kenya Airways
• There was a technical problem involved with the seat for which you paid
