We have just made KLM social media service even better. Besides getting an answer within the hour and arranging everything for your trip, you can now also pay online via Facebook and Twitter.
Until recently, payment of tickets and extra options bought via these channels was done via telephone. But our customers on social media indicated that they’d like to pay online via these channels as well.
A one stop shop does make sense. So now, when buying something via KLM on Facebook or via KLM on Twitter, we will send you a link in a private message. You can select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction online. Your social media service agent at KLM gets a message as soon as the payment has been done, and will immediately send you a confirmation message.
