Can I change or cancel my ticket?
You may change your ticket depending on the fare conditions to which the ticket is subject. You can find these conditions in your booking confirmation. Before attempting to change or cancel your ticket, please check the applicable fare conditions.
We may charge a fee if you want to cancel a ticket with a non-refundable fare.
If your flight is cancelled, we will contact you by phone and/or by e-mail and text message about any rebooking options.
When changing your ticket to a higher fare type you may need to pay the price difference.
Regardless your ticket type(booking class), you always pay an administration fee to cancel your booking.
If you would like to change a changeable ticket, you will only pay the administration fee if you do this via telephone. Via My Trip you will not have to pay an administration fee. Changing a fully flexible ticket type is always free of cost.
How does it work?
- To change or cancel tickets which you booked directly on KLM.com, please contact the KLM Service Centre.
- To change or cancel tickets booked via a travel agent, please contact the relevant travel agent.
