Buy your excess baggage in advance

Conditions

• It is only granted for a specific date and flight 
• Independent of the ticketed fare, the excess you buy is not changeable, refundable, transferable, cumulative and no endorsements are permitted.
• It must be bought with a maximum of 24 hours before the flight departure at the Air France - KLM ticket office, Av. Alvarez Calderón 185, oficina 601, San Isidro . To buy from cities other than Lima, please write to reservations.peru@klm.com  informing us about your name, phone number, travel date and the number of kilos you want to purchase in advance
• For people buying from other cities, 72 hours before departure. 
• For passengers travelling Saturdays or Sundays, the excess must be purchased on Fridays. 
• Opening hours of the Air France-KLM ticket office: Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 13:00pm and from 14:00pm to 17:00pm. 
• Only valid for tickets purchased in Peru on routes of Air France and/or KLM leaving or arriving from/to Lima 
• The passenger will receive an excess baggage coupon to be used on each route. 
• It is mandatory to show your coupon at the airport. 
• Remember that passengers flying in Economy Class are entitled to carry 20 Kgs..  
• Each passenger can buy, in advance, a maximum of 50 kgs of excess baggage.  Additional kilos must be paid at the airport during the check in of the flight, at the applicable excess baggage rates.

Details

• Rates in US dollars.
• Prices including sales tax (IGV).
• Only one way. For round trips the amount must be doubled.
• It must be issued with the departure ticket from Lima, Bogota or Caracas.
• Restrictions apply. 
• Air France - KLM has the right to modify the rates, the conditions or the offer of this product without further notice.
• These fares do not include the transportation of: 
  - Permitted pets
  - Golf equipment
  - Bycicles
  - Surf boards
  - Diving equipment
