About our ticket prices

The ticket prices on KLM.com include all taxes and surcharges. Only the booking fee and any payment fee will be added during booking.

Ticket price before booking

On KLM.com, we always offer you first the lowest priced fare type available for a specific flight. During booking, you can change the fare type to one with more benefits and conditions (for example, more flexibility to change your travel dates). This may result in a higher ticket price.

Philippine Travel Tax

Taxes are included in the Total   Price  including Philippine Travel Tax where applicable.

Please note:

1. Foreign nationals (adult, children, infants) are exempted from paying Philippine Travel tax as long as they have not stayed in the Philippines for over a year and considered exempt from TIEZA rules. A photocopy of their passports showing latest arrival stamp  should be forwarded by e-mail to Accounting.philippines@klm.com within one month from ticket issue date.

2. The following passengers are partial or fully exempted from payment of Philippine travel tax, original document should be sent  to  KLM  Philippines accounting  within 48 hours. Faxed documents are not allowed.
a. Infants ( aged 0-1 year)  who are Philippine Nationals are exempted from paying  Philippine Travel tax. They have to secure  Travel Tax Exemption Certificates (TEC) as proof.
b. Children (aged 2-11years) who are Philippine National pay only half of the travel tax. They have to secure  Reduced Travel Tax Certificates (RTT) from TIEZA as proof.
c. Overseas  Foreign Workers  are exempted from paying Philippine Travel Tax.  They have to secure  Overseas Employment Certificates  (OEC) from POEA  as proof.

Refund requests will be processed   after completion of the above.
Please send original   OEC, TEC or RTT certificates mentioning the original ticket  numbers  as reference  to:
