While waiting to receive your card, you can continue to earn Miles by giving your membership number when you make a reservation. Have you forgotten your membership number, or do you need to show proof of membership when boarding? Print out a copy of your card online now! Note: the copy is a temporary document and does not replace your card.

Please note that our records show you have entered an incorrect PIN code three times for the account in question. For security reasons, this has resulted in online access to the account being suspended for a 30 minute period. When the entire 30 minute period has elapsed, please request a new PIN code online or else contact your Customer Service Centre to request a new PIN code for your account. We regret that it is not possible to request a new PIN code until the entire 30 minute period has elapsed.
