Structure of KLM service fees
The below fees are effective as of 1 August, 2006
KLM service fees in Romania:

Please note:
- Tickets for infants and award tickets for Flying Blue are not subject to service fee.
- Fees are not refundable.
- In case of cabin combinations, higher fee is applicable.
Paper ticket surcharge in the value of EUR 20 will apply for all paper tickets on top of service fee. In case you book e-ticket, no paper ticket surcharge will apply.
