Change of travel plans? You can cancel or change your booking, depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.

Can I change or cancel my ticket?

Whether or not you can change or cancel your flight is dependent on the fare conditions of your ticket. These conditions are determined by the fare group of the ticket, which you can find on your booking confirmation. Please check the fare conditions, before your try to change or cancel.

The conditions are the same for e-tickets and paper tickets.

The airport taxes which are not used, can be refunded.

Refund may be applied for up to 13 months after original date of ticket issue.

Change or cancel online

You can change or cancel e-tickets for flights booked at Europe Select, World Business Class, Economy Full Flex and Fully Flexible Corporate fares via KLM.com. These tickets can be changed or cancelled up to 30 hours prior to departure via Manage My Booking

  • To change or cancel tickets booked via a travel agent, please contact the relevant travel agent
