If you find a lower fare online for the same flight, itinerary and cabin that's at least SAR 50 (equivalent to Eur 10) lower on the same day you purchase your klm.com ticket, file a claim and we'll send you a Travel Credit Voucher (TCV) for future travel in the amount of the price difference plus SAR 250 (equivalent to Eur 50) for each eligible ticket.
