If you have earned Miles from AIR FRANCE or KLM flights and they have not appeared on your Flying Blue account within 72 hours, you can claim your Miles between 5 days and six months of the transaction date.

If you have earned Miles from our SkyTeam or other airline partners and they have not appeared on your Flying Blue account within two weeks, you can claim your Miles online within six months of the transaction date.
