Throughout the months of October and November the catering and ambiance onboard our flights will feature a Dutch theme. We will be treating passengers in all travel classes to the best of Dutch cuisine and ‘gezelligheid’ (cosiness).

We will be serving traditional Dutch snacks, beverages and meals onboard all flights departing from Amsterdam. Naturally, the service will also feature a typically Dutch touch.

During the flight, passengers can enjoy Dutch films and TV shows and choose from an even broader selection of Dutch products in our tax-free range.

 

From snack to menu

Economy Class passengers on all intercontinental flights can choose between two Dutch menus. Enjoy such typical Dutch meals as ‘stoofpot’ (stew) with braised beef and red cabbage and, for dessert, ‘stroopwafel’ (treacle waffle) mousse! Those who fancy a bite between meals can enjoy ice cream and aged cheese snacks.

World Business Class passengers will be treated to a delicious culinary masterpiece prepared by chef Wilco Berends from the restaurant De Nederlanden. Your meal will be accompanied by quality Dutch wine from the Achterhoek and Zeeland. As a snack, we will be serving a croquette roll. Last but certainly not least, we will be handing out Dutch souvenirs!

Passengers on flights within Europe can look forward to a selection of special Dutch snacks and sandwiches, depending on the time and duration of the flight.

 

About the From Holland Festival

We are celebrating the From Holland Festival on all flights departing from Amsterdam throughout the months of October and November. For flights within Europe, the festival will continue until the end of March 2011.
