Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol we have three exclusive KLM Crown Lounges. The opening times of these KLM Crown Lounges at Schiphol Airport are as follows:
- Lounge 25 from 04h45 to 21h00.
- Lounge 41 from 06h15 to 21h00. (Saturday to 14h30)
- Lounge 52 from 04h45 to the departure of the last flight.
Currently KLM is expending the lounge capacity with 1100 m2. The first part of the new lounge will be opened in the beginning of September 2008 and the second part will be open in January 2009 (3.600 m2 in total and 843 seats). As from that month KLM Crown Lounge 41 will be closed.

London Heathrow Lounge (LHR)
KLM and its partners will open an exclusive SkyTeam Lounge at London Heathrow in summer 2009. Until then, you can make use of the Holideck Lounge. The Holideck lounge is open every day from 06h30 to 22h00 and is situated next to gate 17 in terminal 4.
Passengers can book access to the lounge in advance by using the Internet.

Dubai Airport Lounge (DXB)
The exclusive KLM Crown Lounge at Dubai Airport is situated in Departure concourse-1, above duty free level, next to Boarding Gate No 18.
The opening hours: Night flights: 2100 hrs – 0400 hrs and days when Morning flights 2100 hrs – 0800 hrs (summer schedule)
The Crown Lounge consists out of 53 seats and 123m2 in total, other facilities are:
- Free Wifi internet access
- Data ports for in seat internet are available.
- Two computers and a printer.
- Fax/telephone available for dialing within DXB only
- A self service buffet with selected hot and cold snacks & drinks

Toronto Airport Lounge (YYZ)
At Toronto Airport we have one exclusive KLM Lounge. This lounge is open every day from 12h00 to midnight and is situated opposite gate C32 in terminal 3 (take the lift to the AT-level).
The Lounge facilities in Toronto:
- Free Wifi internet access and power outlets in the seats
- Office Supplies available in the lounge
- Computer and printers in the Lounge
- A self service buffet with hot and cold snacks & drinks.
- During transfers you may also enjoy the ease and comfort of checking in our KLM Crown Lounges.
A ‘paid lounge’ concept applies to this lounge: passengers who have no right of access to the lounge can purchase this right for 25 Canadian dollars per passenger.

Houston Lounge (HOU)
At Houston Airport we have an exclusive KLM Crown Lounge. The surface of the lounge is 340 square meters, it can seat 98 guests. You can work and relax in a quite and peaceful atmosphere. Facilities in this lounge:
- Free Wifi internet and power outlets/data ports in the seats.
- Working cabins with computers.
- A self service buffet with hot and cold snacks & drinks.
- Smoke free environment
- During transfers you may also enjoy the ease and comfort of checking in our KLM Crown Lounges.
