    What Manage my Booking offers

    Manage my Booking

    Go to KLM.com (or KLM.com for mobile devices) and then to Manage my Booking and log in using your e-mail address and password, your Flying Blue number with PIN code, or your family name and booking code.

    Here you will find all information and services relevant to your journey:


    • Overview of your bookings, including your flight details and any changes to your travel schedule. You can print or e-mail your travel details.


    • Change your ticket if the fare conditions for your ticket allow this and if your ticket was issued by KLM or AIR FRANCE. Please call the KLM Service Centre if you want to change the following types of tickets:

      • Tickets for which you have requested a special service, such as assistance at the airport or on board
      • Tickets for babies
      • Tickets for children travelling alone

      If you have reserved an extra comfortable seat and you change your travel dates and/or times online, contact the KLM Service Centre.

    • Choose your seat on board or opt for greater comfort on your intercontinental KLM flight from 90 days before departure. You can change your seat as often as you wish, as long as it is the same type of seat.

    • Meet & Seat shows you who will be on board and where they will be sitting. Meet & Seat is becoming available on more and more intercontinental KLM flights to and from Amsterdam. Go to the ‘Seating’ tab in Manage my Booking.

    • Extra baggage with a 20% discount is easy to arrange. You can view your baggage allowance, immediately arrange to bring sports equipment and read about what to do if your baggage is delayed.

    • Receive up-to-date flight information Enter your contact details and we will inform you by e-mail, SMS or phone if your gate or flight schedule changes

    • Request a special service: order a carrycot for your baby or arrange to bring a pet or medical equipment on board.


    • Fill in your Advance Passenger Information (API). When travelling to certain countries such as the United States, airlines are required to collect additional personal information.

    • Compensate for the CO2 emission of your flight. Our CO2ZERO service lets you contribute to the development of projects that use clean energy. This is possible only via our regular KLM.com website.
