For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all the terms and conditions set out below and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing procedures set out below. By submitting a claim, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. All claims under this guarantee must be submitted to KLM by midnight Singapore time of the same day on which the ticket is purchased through klm.com.sg. KLM must be able to verify the lower online published price at the time of claim and that the same or a lower price does not exist on klm.com.sg. Other methods of verification of the lower price (e.g., fax, phone, screen prints) are not eligible and will not be accepted. This guarantee is valid only for lower priced tickets found online for the exact same flight, exact complete itinerary, exact cabin, and exact same class of service and can be purchased on the same day as the original klm.com.sg online ticket purchase. The lower priced tickets must be for travel in the same cabin (World Business Class or Economy), and for the exact same flights and with the same price and travel restrictions. This guarantee applies only to tickets purchased (i) with a Singapore point of sale, (ii) through klm.com.sg and (iii) with a Singaporean billing address. Furthermore, the lower priced tickets on the other website must be bookable with this billing address and be priced in the same currency as the ticket purchased through klm.com.sg. This guarantee applies only if the same person who is named as the passenger in the ticket purchased through klm.com.sg makes the guarantee claim. This guarantee applies only on itineraries wholly operated and marketed by KLM and Kenya Airways.
This guarantee only applies to price differences of at least S$10. There is no maximum limit to the amount of the claim. The tariff applicable for the price guarantee is inclusive of taxes and surcharges, but excluding the credit card surcharge. A Travel Credit Voucher (TCV) for future travel for the amount of the price difference plus S$100 will be issued for each claim approved by KLM. The TCV may not be altered by an agent of any carrier. All reservations using a TCV must be made through a KLM Reservations office. TCVs are redeemable for travel commencing within one year of the TCV issue date. Travel must be completed within one year of the date of issue of the TCV or within the validity of applicable price rule used, whichever is most restrictive. Extensions will not be permitted. The TCV does not need to be presented at time of ticket issuance but must be retained and must be produced at KLM’s request. TCVs will not be replaced for any reason. TCVs may not be transferred for monetary consideration and any purchased or auctioned TCVs are subject to confiscation or voiding and travel on tickets purchased using such TCVs will not be permitted. By redeeming the TCV, the individual named (as the passenger on the ticket in relation to which the TCV is redeemed) acknowledges the content of these terms and conditions, and KLM’s terms and conditions on the use of TCVs (which are available upon request from the KLM Singapore office) and agrees to abide by them.
Claim form processing
All claims under this guarantee must be submitted using the claim submittal web form available at klm.com.sg. To submit this claim form, fill in all required fields and click 'Submit.' A customer service officer from KLM Singapore will contact you via e-mail. We reserve the right to reject any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information. All claims must be made by midnight Singapore time on the same day the original klm.com.sg ticket is purchased. Claims must be made through the claim submittal web form and may not be made through any other means including any KLM form or phone number.
This guarantee does not apply to: (i) Prices that are not available to the general public which include, but are not limited to, corporate discount fares, military fares, meeting fares, wholesaler fares, and other discount fares, (ii) Package fares or airfares sold as part of a travel package, (iii) Fares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase and other discount fares and (iv) Price differences of less than S$10.
KLM’s decision in relation to any claim under this guarantee or the interpretation of any part of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive. KLM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time at KLM’s sole discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions (and shall apply to all tickets purchased after such posting). KLM reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Singapore law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
