How to get your FREE Fast Track Immigration voucher
Between February 1st and March 31st, 2010, simply check-in online from home or the office (before arriving the airport) and present your printed A4 boarding pass at the dedicated Internet Check-in "Baggage Drop-off" counter (Row P at Suvarnabhumi Airport) and you will receive a Fast Track Immigration voucher. This privilege offers KLMinternet check-in passengers a special immigration channel which bypasses normal queuing.
* Offer is only valid for Flight from Bangkok to Europe and Bangkok to Taipei between February 1st and March 31st, 2010.
* The Fast Track Immigration voucher is only for one-time use and can be used at Fast Track Immigration Service counter for departure or arrival.
* Passengers must check in online successfully before going to the airport in order to be qualified.
* Offer is not valid for internet check-in at check-in kiosk at the Suvarnabhumi airport.
* Offer is not valid for Internet Check-in for Group travel by travel agency.

How does online check-in work? Only 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Visit www.klm.co.th from 30 hours up to 1 hour before flight departure time and log on with your e-ticket number or booking code.
Step 2: Enter your personal details and select the seats for you and your companions on the cabin plan.
Extra options*: For a small surcharge, you can reserve a seat with extra legroom in Economy Class; or receive a 30% discount on the excess baggage fee when you want to check in extra baggage.
Step 3: Print out your boarding pass** and enjoy your hassle free journey.
