Step 1 – Check-in online
From 30 hours before departure, you can check-in online at klm.co.th: Enter your E-ticket number or Booking code and choose your preferred seat. If you can, print your A4 boarding pass from home.

Step 2 – Drop off your baggage
Proceed to the dedicated Internet Check-in counters at Row P at Suvarnabhumi Airport to drop off your baggage and endorse your boarding pass. Remember to collect your FREE Burger King 22-oz. Soft Drink voucher here!
Step 3 – Enjoy a 22-oz. Soft Drink!
By avoiding the queues, you will have plenty of time to enjoy your FREE Soft Drink while waiting for your KLM flight. The Soft Drink can be redeemed at Burger King (Concourse F).
