Telephone check-in
Who can use this service?
Passengers who depart from the Netherlands or the United Kingdom and have a confirmed reservation for a flight by KLM, AIR FRANCE, Northwest Airlines, Kenya Airways or an airline partner for which the ticket has a KL- or AF-flight number, can make use of the check-in by telephone. For passengers traveling with hold luggage, checking in by telephone is only possible if they leave from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol or London Heathrow.

When can I check in?
Passengers can check in by telephone from 30 hours to 1 hour before the flight. For flights to the US this is 24 hours to 1 hour before the flight. This service is available 24 hours per day.
How do I get my boarding pass?
If you depart from Amsterdam or London Heathrow, you may print your boarding pass at the self-service check-in machines in the departure hall. If you leave from other airports in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom and only travel with hand luggage, your boarding pass will be ready to be picked up at the check-in desk.
What do I do with my luggage?
You can deliver your luggage to the baggage drop-off points in the departure hall of the airport. At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol these are located in departure hall 2. At other airports, you will find them at our Europe Select or World Business Class check-in desks. Baggage drop-off for European flights closes 40 minutes prior to departure. For intercontinental flights this is 60 minutes prior to departure.
