If you find a lower fare online for the same flight, itinerary, booking class and cabin that's at least € 5 lower on the same day you purchase your klm.com ticket, file a claim and we'll send you a Travel Credit Voucher (TCV) for future travel in the amount of the price difference plus € 50 for each eligible ticket.
