Change an award booking
If your award ticket has not yet been issued, you can change or cancel your booking, free of charge. Once your ticket has been issued, changes to your booking (date and/or departure time) can be made for a fee of €45. Flex Awards can be changed free of charge. Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel Promo Awards@.
Book an award upgrade
If you have booked a full-fare ticket with AIR FRANCE, KLM, Delta Air Lines or our airline partners Air Europa, Kenya Airways and Aircalin, you can use Award Miles to upgrade to a higher travel class.* You can also book an upgrade award for somebody else, even if you’re not travelling together!
* Depending on the number of award seats available on the flight.
Getting a refund for your award ticket
Cancelling your award booking? Get a full refund of your Award Miles and taxes for award tickets that have been booked online. Cancellation is only possible before the departure of your flight. A fixed fee of €45 is applicable to all award cancellations, except to Flex Awards which can be cancelled for free. Promo Awards@ are not refundable.
