You can find the file reference number on the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) that was issued when you reported your delayed luggage at the airport. If you did not file a PIR report yet, you can still do this until 5 days after arrival. Please contact the Baggage Service Office of the airport of your arrival: consult the website of the airport for contact information.
If any information about you or about your missing luggage in your PIR is incorrect or incomplete, you can change this when checking the status of your delayed baggage below. You can then also see how to contact your airline.
