If you find a lower fare online for the same flight, itinerary and cabin that's at least 5 EUR lower on the same day you purchase your klm.com ticket, file a claim and we'll send you a Travel Credit Voucher (TCV) for future travel in the amount of the price difference plus EUR 50 for each eligible ticket.
