Your e-ticket number is stated on your e-ticket. Your e-ticket is provided by KLM or your travel agent. An e-ticket number consists of 13 digits. If it contains 14 digits, please enter the first 13 digits only. Example of an e-ticket number: 074 2474853182. Your booking code is stated on your booking confirmation or on your e-ticket, provided by KLM or your travel agent. It is sometimes referred to as PNR, confirmation code, record locator or reservation number. A booking code contains 6 letters and numbers. Please enter these 6 digits only. Example of a booking code: 4JTGKT.
