All you need is:
- a Facebook account
- a couple of friends
- up to 5 trips: destinations and travel dates for your group to choose from

How to use the Trip Planner
- 1Log in to your Facebook account
- 2Create a group and select up to 8 travel buddies among your Facebook friends
- 3Where to go? Let us give you some suggestions, or go straight to selecting destinations and flight schedules.
- 4Select up to 5 trips: combinations of destinations and travel dates
- 5Invite your friends (on their Facebook wall or in a direct message) to indicate their preferences
- 6Everybody ready? Click ‘Book’ to finalise your booking on KLM.com
As soon as you have invited your friends, they will have 3 days to respond. You can discuss the options via a ‘chat’ window. To all get the same fare and seats on the same flight, we recommend booking sooner rather than later. We cannot guarantee the fare.
You can either book for the entire group, or send everyone in your group a link via which they can make their own booking.
